Operations Coordinator - McMurray, PA

he ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but direct experience will be considered.
• 2+ years direct related experience in a corporate/administration environment required.
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite of solutions.
• Candidate must have the ability, at am intermediate level, to utilize such systems as Teams, SurveyMonkey, Smartsheet, Zoom, SharePoint and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
• This role requires strong communication and writing skills.
• This position must be open to travel and have their own transportation.

Key Points:

• This role will be a hybrid position; however, candidate must reside in the state of PA.
• Travel to sites is required based on business.
• This position will have two direct reports (DDTT/ITS Ops Coordinator and PA ACT Ops Coordinator)

Position Details

The Operations Coordinator:

• Manages administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient performance in the Adult Behavioral Health division.
• Coordinates workflows, supports projects, and tracks deliverables across teams.
• Provides oversight and guidance to direct reports for consistency and alignment.
• Requires strong organization, tech skills, independence, and clear communication.
• Office-based role critical to driving overall operational success.
