The Patient Office Representative performs front and back-office operations in support of patient care activities. This position functions as an interface with patients, physicians, and staff. The Patient Office Representative is responsible for providing patient oriented service in a clinical or front office setting. The Patient Office Representative performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties related to patient care including customer service, registration, and scheduling.
