What You Will DoThe Panel Design Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of designers in the execution of control panel design projects. This includes overseeing daily workflow, reviewing design tickets for completeness and compliance, and serving as the point of contact for coordination with project teams. The Supervisor ensures resource allocation is optimized, project deadlines are met, and all designs maintain the highest standards for quality and safety. Additionally, the Supervisor plays a critical role in mentoring team members, supporting career development, and driving innovation and continuous improvement in tools, templates, and standards.
