Genesis10 is seeking an Operations Analyst for our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an eight-month contract-to-hire position and will work on a hybrid schedule. This position pays $20.00 -$21.00/hr W2 depending on experience Summary and responsibilities: Assist in the processing and coordination of wealth management operations, including processing account-related transactions per scheduled event or client authenticated direction. Analyze and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. Collaborate with internal teams and associates to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Develop and maintain knowledge of wealth management products, services, and processes Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Assist in the preparation of reports and metrics to support operational activities. Provide excellent client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Professional development / growth Process Efficiency: error rate, transaction processing time, volume of transactions processed. Accountability and Ownership: timeliness and quality of task completion, adherence to procedures and protocols. Communication: Responsiveness to emails and requests, quality of written and verbal communication.
