Job Description: The Ecommerce Specialist will be accountable for executing new assortment planning, new sku setup, and go-to-market launches on all marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc.) and our website, Zep.com. The responsibilities of this role include new sku planning, new sku setup, content maintenance, content optimization, creative requests, product reviews management, and any other go-to market requirements for new assortment launches. This role will work with various cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of new product launches are executed flawlessly. Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute new assortment launches with cross-functional teams
- Owner of new assortment planning, new sku setup, content creation, and all operational requirements for ecommerce channels new sku launches
- Coordinate with various cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class product launches online following Zep's online continent standards
- Own content requests with marketing team for new item set up, content optimization, advertising assets, and other digital marketing needs for new assortment launches
- Set up all new items for the ecommerce team, including Amazon 3P/1P, Walmart 3P, Ebay, Target+, Zep.com and other potential marketplace channels within various systems
- Error resolution for item listings in various ecommerce channel portals
- Submitting and settling support cases on various channels as needed for catalog maintenance and item setup issues
- Work with demand planning team to ensure new product launches have inventory and are located in preferred warehouse locations
- Analyze key metrics and make data driven decisions to optimize online listings to improve conversion rate and increase revenue
- Lead product rating and review efforts to ensure online product ratings meet Zep's standards. Work with product marketing team as needed to execute.
- Monitor and conduct site audits for accuracy of product listings
- Track status of projects, communicating with relevant cross-functional teams, and providing quality assurance of respective online channels
- Optimize SEO, keyword rankings, and product listings continuously
- Keep monthly KPI's scorecards up to date for key channels
Qualifications:
- Clear understanding of the technical requirements for item setup (attributes, taxonomy, image needs, asset specs, etc.)
- Ability to follow SOP's and work with various team members to execute projects
- Collaborative mentality and execution
- Experienced in item setup processes and able to execute projects without oversight
- 2+ years' eCommerce, site merchandising, item setup, or product management
- Expertise in setting up items for online channels in various portals or aggregator portals such as Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor), SAP, or retailer portals
- Experience with excel item setup templates
- Highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
- Proven success of managing and optimizing online listings on various marketplaces/Shopify
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail best practices
- Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor), SAP, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay experience a plus
- BA degree required
