Warehouse Management Systems Manager, Kapco, Grafton, WI

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Management Systems Manager at our Grafton, WI facility.

Primary Responsbilities:



  • Act as a liaison and communicate effectively between the Logistics operations team and WMS IT team
  • Provide training and support to warehouse staff for all WMS functionality and best practices
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for WMS related issues
  • Interpret WMS data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve warehouse operations
  • Ensure efficient and accurate operation of the WMS
  • Utilize WMS to support distribution operations, including system implementation, maintenance, and optimization
  • Design and set up the WMS to drive efficiency in Logistics operations
  • Work on process improvements, including system upgrades and new feature implementation, and participate in testing new functionalities
  • Develop and maintain reports on warehouse activity and WMS performance
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to WMS processes and procedures


Qualifications:



  • Strong understanding of a WMS including implementation or set up of a warehouse in a WMS
  • Strong project management skills
