Description

SUMMARY: To tend bar for all stadium events, and other private parties. Follow opening procedures that will include inventory and cash handling as well as closeout procedures that include reconciliation and inventory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Control income for days event
Pour drinks as per stadium guidelines
Ability to handle customer issues
Ensure proper alcohol policies are adhered to
Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21+ years of age
Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume bar setting
Outgoing, friendly, and willing to be a team player
Background in customer service/hospitality preferred
Organized and attentive to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to move up to 50 pounds
