BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

You proactively manage large projects through strategic leadership and the successful coordination of resources. You drive performance through detailed monitoring and best project management practices. You serve as the main point of contact for projects and mentor high-performing teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

WHAT OUR SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

• Provide detailed planning, management and monitoring for every step from concept to completion for multiple assigned projects.
• Establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives while serving as the primary project contact.
• Implement processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Submit status updates and gather feedback through meetings with internal clients.
• Track costs, performance SLAs and other metrics to meet project goals and objectives.
• Manage large multi-site, complex installs from contract to completion, ensuring on time delivery.
• Educate and assist Project Managers and project leaders to make process improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Five or more years of project management experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Prioritization, organizational, critical thinking and English communication skills.
• Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret data while completing multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to develop working relationships with peers.
