STS Technical Services is hiring Talent Acquisition Coordinatorsin Nashville, Tennessee .

• As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and our internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
  
• Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  
• Resume Review: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates, providing valuable insights to the hiring team.
  
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by gathering necessary documentation, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  
• Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing inquiries and delivering a positive candidate experience.
  
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, keeping track of candidate progress and status.
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with the company's needs and goals.
  

• Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination roles is a plus.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
  
• A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to creating a positive candidate experience
