Pay: Starting at $16 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Pack plastic products at the end of the production line
• Perform visual inspections to identify quality defects
• Sort and separate products from other facilities based on inspection results
• Record findings and maintain documentation for quality tracking
• Meet daily production and inspection goals with accuracy and speed
• Work efficiently under the guidance of a visiting Quality Manager
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform tasks involving bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), twisting, and standing for the entire shift

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects quickly
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting throughout the shift
• Prior experience in warehouse or production is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
