We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Bilingual Staff Accountant to join our client's accounting team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You will manage core accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and assisting with month-end close.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: Rate: $31 - $35/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Support Accounts Payable processes and review clerks' work
  • Record monthly General Ledger adjustments (allocations & accruals)
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: sales recording & data entry review
  • Assist with audit schedules and required documentation
  • Help prepare financial reports and conduct financial analysis
  • Perform General Ledger account analysis and reconciliations
  • Investigate discrepancies or variances in financial data
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Assist with cash flow management and invoice processing
  • Provide backup support during staff absences
  • Take on special projects as assigned




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with MS Dynamics - a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented and thrives under pressure
