The role of the Manager, Ecommerce Marketing is to own the process of driving creative campaigns in support of New Era brand & sell-through of product on NewEraCap.com. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments & external partners to bring the New Era brand to the consumer via New Era owned channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all facets of campaign development from briefing creative, production, through delivery, execution & learnings for New Era's direct-to-consumer campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams & key stakeholders to align all parties on cohesive go-to-market plans to maximize effectiveness & relevance
  • Manage external agency partners to extract best possible work
  • Manage DTC content production budget & allocation
  • Define and communicate workback schedule to all stakeholders ensuring milestones are properly met
  • Partner with key cross-functional business partners (Licensed Marketing, Creative Services, Merchandising, etc.) to ensure the brand's product and creative vision is carried through to each campaign.
  • Assist in strategic forward-looking planning by gathering and analyzing data to determine ROI for key initiatives to efficiently maximize budgets
  • Act as a key liaison to Legal to ensure all projects are scoped properly and signed off on before execution
  • Assist in production support including pre-production, organization, scheduling, sample ordering, sample tracking, on-site assistance, and coordination
  • Manage team members to collectively drive towards content needs of business
  • Keep all sensitive matters confidential
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors

  • Understanding of core marketing principles and passion for marketing industry
  • Familiarity with briefs, sales, promotional materials
  • Ability to plan for and execute against multiple timelines concurrently
  • Comprehension of financial data and budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, positive thinker, problem-solver, team-player, pro-active & willingness to learn
  • Ability to foster internal and external relationships

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred; additional experience in lieu of degree considered
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Production experience preferred

Travel Requirement

  • Up to 20% domestically
  • The location for this position is 100% on-site in Buffalo, NY

The salary range for this posted position is $70,000-$90,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
