Overview
The Medical Student Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the physician, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant students and observers including: placement/matching of observers/students to preceptors, insuring all appropriate agreements, back ground checks, and immunization records are obtained and are appropriately executed, ensure all documentation is completed prior to student/observer start, ensure student/observer has been assigned and completed required LMS modules, obtained ID badge, and has appropriate EMR access. The Medical Student Coordinator will work with department leadership to identify providers who will work with students/observers as well as communicate and facilitate placement. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $17.05per hour - $27.62per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
