Overview:

Overview

Serve as aCIAM engineer, enabling the platform strategy and associated roadmap based on industry standards, evolving technology, and business requirements. Design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot CIAM solutions. Provide technical and architectural design documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements, and test cases.

Provide expertise to assist with the technical approach for the shared operational capabilities of CIAM, including user registration, self-service, authentication, authorization, administration, audit, and reporting. Define best practice and development of troubleshooting processes, methodologies, standards, alerts and reporting from CIAM platform(s) to be leveraged for operational monitoring.

Provide monitoring and support of integrated business applications ensuring the required uptime and resiliency.Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and advancements associated with identity offers, digital authentication, and omni-channel solutions. Perform day-to-day operations and Production on call support.

Education
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
Certification/Licensure
  • No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in ForgeRock Identity Cloud
  • Expertise in implementing Authentication/MFA/Enrollment journeys/workflows with ForgeRock Identity Cloud
  • Expertise in Access Management concepts such as authentication, authorization, federation, single sign on, and multi-factor authentication
  • Deep knowledge of authentication protocols, including OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2, SAML, and JWT
  • Deep understanding of authorization models, including RBAC, ABAC, and ACLs
  • Deep knowledge of IAM standards, restful API design, tokens, session management and profiles

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$91,416.00-$152,380.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
