The role is a major contributor to the strategic plan of the organization and will be responsible to coach, implement and lead the lean enterprise deployment. The role will incorporate the enterprise lean approach to all levels of the business and drive and facilitate lean events, concepts, and tools adoption by the teams. This individual will be an expert in the application of lean across the enterprise and will help support the senior leadership team to develop the vision and strategic approach to dramatically drive business performance.

As a Kaizen Business System Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Focusing on the business system implementation and lead lean projects/process improvement to ensure that our Lean enterprise culture is developed gradually.
  • Focusing on implementing a culture that moves toward a coordinated lean approach cross functionally.
  • Leading the business system deployment including specific high impact projects with a goal of enhanced performance and the development of people.
  • Making important decisions which have direct impact on business results of the broader organizational unit and/or advising business & functional leaders about their strategic approach.
  • Demonstrating an ability to quickly understand the broader implications for the entire organization unit.
  • Coaching and facilitating lean events such as Value Stream Design, Daily Management, standard work and being an expert in coaching the lean concepts (A3 Thinking, Strategy deployment, Value Stream Transformation etc.).
  • Developing a clear vision and plan on the Lean Business System implementation journey keeping business leaders accountable and being in close interaction with business leadership at all levels.
  • Leading the team by example, overcoming complex cultural challenges.
  • Delivering very complex specialized transformational work delivered by multi-layered regional or global teams.
  • Handling complex challenges with the ability to coach and facilitate teams and individuals through their own Learning Journeys at every level of the organization.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have 10+ years of experience in Lean application and process improvement across the enterprise not just operations.
  • Possess demonstrated experience in executive and leadership coaching.
  • Demonstrate the ability to drive Lean Enterprise business system implementations across multiple businesses with diverse product portfolios.
  • Be able demonstrate the ability to lead programs/projects.
  • Possess impressive oral and written communication skills, influential interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Possess demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Be able to travel to support businesses through the lean transformation process.

The annual pay scale for this position is between 151.300,00$ - 294.400,00$.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation. You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level, and specific requirements of each of these plans.

This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here, and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.
