Job description

We are seeking a Senior Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with a strong background in occupational health and safety to lead and support industrial hygiene programs. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience, advanced knowledge of OSHA standards and exposure limits, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively across teams. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence safety practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive industrial hygiene programs.
  • Conduct exposure assessments in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1000, ACGIH Threshold Limit Values (TLVs), and NIOSH Analytical Methods.
  • Serve as the technical expert and advisor on industrial hygiene matters across facilities.
  • Evaluate and mitigate chemical, biological, and physical hazards in the workplace.
  • Interpret complex sampling data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare written reports, guidance, and communications related to occupational health programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and operational staff.
  • Support or lead R&D-related industrial hygiene initiatives (preferred but not required).


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial hygiene or occupational health.
  • Demonstrated experience with OSHA standards, ACGIH TLVs, and NIOSH sampling/analytical protocols.
  • Experience conducting industrial hygiene evaluations and developing corrective actions.
