This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for developing team members. The Training Supervisor will collaborate with various departments to ensure all training materials are current and effective, providing a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees and enhancing the skills of existing staff. How you will do it Conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring all necessary training materials are provided and understood. Implement training programs for manufacturing staff, focusing on skills development and operational efficiency; to include training materials, and electronic job instructions. Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. Maintain accurate records of training completion and employee progress. Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development. What we look for Required Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Previous experience in a training or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of employees. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
