Clear Creek Federal is seeking a Collective Training SME for an opportunity we are pursuing with the Department of Defense. This role will provide expert collective training support to the MIRC Headquarters in developing, managing and executing training programs for reserve intelligence forces. This will support work across multiple disciplines. This role will be located at Ft. Belvoir in Virginia.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Review and analyze training plans developed by GFCs to ensure alignment with Army doctrine and policies
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to GFCs to enhance training plans
  • Support planning and coordination of collective training
  • Develop comprehensive exercise plans, scenarios and training objectives
  • Coordinate with SMEs, role players and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate integration of multiple disciplines into collective training events
  • Manage logistical arrangements for participants
  • Develop evaluation criteria and metrics to assess training effectiveness
  • Create and submit detailed reports and recommendations for future training programs


Basic Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of military intel training experience
  • Expertise in intelligence disciplines
  • Experience planning and executing training exercises
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Certifications in military education, training, and facilitation
