Responsibilities The OHH RCM Audit Specialist will focus on quality metrics of the Business Office through performance audits. The RCM Audit Specialist will be well-versed in standard practices and effective resolution on backend revenue cycle functions, helping to draft criteria for internal team members and vendor partners. Using industry standard benchmarks to document baselines, working with owning area leaders to implement training plans to improve overall quality metrics month over month, and year over year. They will be unbiased and objective in all audits, working toward a common goal of performance improvement across the department. Facilitate unbiased and effective reviews to ensure critical objectives are being achieved. Perform 10 quality audits per vendor user and 10 per internal user to assess performance and pinpoint training opportunities. Collaborate with applicable leadership to communicate trends found in audit content. Assist with education opportunities to address audit findings. Aid in overall vendor relationship and improvement initiatives. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of Revenue Cycle experience with at least one (1) directly in Insurance Follow-Up, Denials, or Self-Pay/Bad Debt. Offshore partnership experience is strongly encouraged. Epic experience is a plus. Project Management is preferred.
