You'll:
- Safely operate a commercial CDL truck on assigned local routes
- Pick up residential/commercial waste & recycling
- Perform pre/post trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety checks)
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) - this is a hands-on job!
- Deliver top-tier customer service every step of the way
What You Bring
- Valid Class B CDL (with air brakes) - Class A? Even better!
- Clean driving record
- 1+ year of experience in commercial or route driving
- You're comfortable working outdoors, in all weather
- You're reliable, friendly, and a team player
Your Work Environment Expect early mornings, physical work, and plenty of fresh air. This is an active outdoor job, not a desk job. You'll deal with:
- Wet, cold, or humid conditions
- Heavy lifting, climbing, and movement
- Moderate truck and equipment noise
