*Description*
The Payment Poster is an essential part of our team. You will help support the Collectors and Leaders by processing and handling time sensitive documents and effectively maintaining office inventory. Attention to detail is crucial and above average data entry skills is a must. *Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner and processing time sensitive documents *Carrying out administrative duties such as all attorney correspondence, dispute correspondence, certified mail processing, copying, filing, etc. *Multi-tasking while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must *Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work *Must take initiative to work individually and in a team environment *Attention to detail for accurate information reporting into the database software system for further use in the recovery process *Qualifications* - 1+ year of Customer Service experience - 1+ year of data entry - Microsoft Excel (Basic; need to have used it, but no formulas/tables experience) - Good job tenure - Office type of work history *Hours/Office Environment* Hours 7:30 - 5:30 pm EST as long as they get 8 hours done within this time frame. Will have own equipment and work station with the insurance team. Business casual *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
