Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location : Lake Zurich, IL

Contract : (6 months possible extension)
Pay Range: $19-20/hr

About the Role:

We're looking for a professional with 2+ years of customer service experience to support our department. This hybrid role offers flexibility with both onsite and remote work, in an open and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries by phone and email
• Utilize SAP and MS Excel to manage customer data and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service
• Proactively identify and escalate potential issues
• Support department tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong phone communication skills preferred
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus

Interview Process:

• One onsite interview with the hiring manager and senior representative
