Echo Liaison Regional Manager

The Regional Manager will have responsibility for the management of Research Echocardiography Liaisons (REL) team in the designated region. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for working collaboratively with Medical and Commercial leadership, supporting field medical strategy, and field resource development as needed. You will:

• Lead, manage, develop, and coach a team of RELs
• Conduct HR-related issues for assigned team (such as performance appraisals, salary planning, newcolleague selection, colleague development plans, colleague retention, team culture, and conflictresolution) and manage concerns in a timely and compliant manner
• Ensure RELs compliantly provide objective and scientifically sound medical information regarding portfolio and disease states.
• Serve as the medical resource and training support for external and internal stakeholders in the community.
• Understand, communicate, and adhere to current FDA and other US regulations and guidance that impactinteractions with and delivery of medical information to external HCPs.

Essential Requirements:

• Two-Year Associates degree in diagnostic medical sonography from a program accredited by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) required 5+ years' experience as field-based MSL
• 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical practice.

• The ability to travel 50%-70% of the time to support and coach direct reports and attend company meetings.
• Technically proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Desired Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Cardiovascular experience preferred
