IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Southeast region(Remote Eligible). As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for:Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. This position is responsible for meeting hiring goals through sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process. Additionally, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Principal Responsibilities

* Understand the company's recruitment goals and objectives. Meet or exceed individual recruitment goals related to these targets

* Implement hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends

* Work closely with hiring managers to get a clear vision of their hiring needs and organizational goals

* Craft the job advertisement and develop a solid understanding of the position's

requirements

* Identify prospective candidates using a variety of recruiting channels

* Coordinate interviews, including screening calls, assessments and in-person and video interviews

* Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.

* Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

* Work within the HRIS system

* Contribute to and recommend solutions to improve overall speed, quality, and cost per hire

* Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

* Adhere to personal data privacy regulations

Required Skills/Abilities

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

* Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles

* Ability to develop strong relationships with clients served

* Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

* Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

* Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors

* Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

* Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Workday or other recruitment systems

* Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Ability to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required

* Minimum of 4 years' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process desired

* SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred

* PHR or SHRM-CP desirable but not required
