This leadership position will play a pivotal role in overseeing simulation education and operations of the College of Nursing Simulation and Skills Lab. This position will direct, coordinate, develop, implement and evaluate educational, operational and financial activities in supporting the Skills Lab. The Director will report to the Sr Assistant Dean for Academic Innovation and Engagement and will work closely with faculty, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure simulation standards are met in the delivery of simulation education. This position will provide supervision to the members of the Simulation team consisting of the Simulation Coordinator and Simulation Operations Specialists. Essential Functions

Master's Degree Required Experience
Six (6) years of nursing experience including two (2) years of experience designing, facilitating and evaluating simulation in a higher education or healthcare setting and two (2) years of supervisory experience in either an academic, simulation laboratory, or healthcare setting Required Trainings/Certifications
