Senior Implementation Consultant HR/Payroll
This position will work to ensure a high quality of service is delivered across all HR and Payroll implementation encounters. This product suite includes mission critical information systems key to the daily operations of healthcare providers. Implementation scope is complex and varied consisting of enterprise wide deployments that include strategic, operational, technical and data related components. This position will be responsible for executing against organizational goals, driving an exceptional customer experience, measuring performance and maximizing data accuracy. Responsibilities will include implementing/tracking performance metrics, monitoring project performance, scheduling projects, recording payroll performance milestone and collaborating with leadership on methodology continuous improvement.
