HR/Payroll Senior Data Analyst
As a Senior Data Analyst - Report Writer at Premier, you will work with a team of analysts, engineers, product owners, data scientists, and data management staff who have a passion for improving healthcare in the US. You will apply strong analytical and communication skills to enable Premier's stakeholders to derive value from HR and Payroll data. Your focus will be finding insights within vast data assets, such as employee records and benefits aggregated across many health systems, and making this data accessible to a broad range of users. You will help enabling Premier's data visualization by defining how this data is modeled, presented, and marketed. This often involves creating innovative data visualizations and analyses, achieving new insights that influence entire organizations. It will also require you to keep abreast of the rapidly evolving self-service BI and data commercialization spaces. By empowering others to leverage data, you will get to see people and organizations grow across the healthcare sector, making better decisions, faster, and eliminating healthcare costs.
