HR/Payroll Senior Project Manager

This position is a leader who motivates and manages the team that installs the HRP products for new customers and consistently delivers high quality results that are aligned with the organization and clients' strategic projects and plans. This position is responsible for the coordination of large-scale projects spanning multiple facilities and complexities. This position coordinates internal services dependencies and customer dependencies to ensure that a customer implementation is successful and delivered on schedule. This position is a leader who knows how to get the best out of the project team and client resources. This position facilitates communication between the client and HRP solutions, manages issues, and is ultimately responsible for the final decisions related to the success of the project. This position is expected to manage multiple high priority, high visibility, and high complexity projects simultaneously. This position will be advising on new implementation developments for the future, as the company expands into other markets. This position will be advising leadership on methodology, tools, templates used across all projects for HRP implementation. This position will additionally carry responsibility for building out the change management methodology and approach for all HRP implementation projects.

Responsibilities include confirming project scope and scale; determining resource allocation; defining project plans; providing member support by answering questions and troubleshooting issues about the accuracy of the data; problem solving; and making member focused decisions. This job is also responsible for the planning and tracking of each assigned project; problem identification and resolution; and change management issues throughout the projects. Planning, coordinating, and facilitating regular project team calls; planning and ensuring client training meetings are efficient and productive; assists client team in setting achievable implementation related goals; ensures project successful project closure and client satisfaction.

This role must balance internal and external resources needed to achieve goals. This position must escalate, prioritize, and provide guidance on important technological issues on behalf of the client to facilitate resolution.

This position functions in collaboration with customers; other business units, technical staff, and product management to resolve application issues.

This position coaches other Implementation Managers and peers on implementation best practices, client communication and issue resolution skills.

Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience:

  • Previous experience with HRP in human capital, and payroll

  • Previous experience with HRP change management

  • Project costing, budget reporting

  • Executive Communication

Education:

Master's degree

Working Conditions: Remote Travel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $99,000 - $185,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
