Responsible for production, planning, administration, and general management activities within the distribution center; including day-to-day supervision and overseeing the work of DC Supervisors and staff. Must have direct experience with establishing, measuring, and monitoring warehouse production metrics and collaborating with support teams to develop and implement solutions for operational improvements, policies, and procedures. Motivates, organizes, and encourages team to build a people and performance-driven, team-oriented culture. Oversight includes but is not limited to systems performance related to DC processes, order generation, picking, packing, shipping, shipping accuracy, audits, quality program, training, inventory management, cycle counts, and replenishment. Accountable for recruiting and staffing in collaboration with Hanger HR and recruiting teams. Responsible for developing and achieving the P&L budget. Models the Hanger core values and employs a personal approach and communication style which fosters collaboration and inclusion between the leadership and warehouse employees. Your Impact
