Job Summary:
The WIDA Data Warehouse Manager position is located within the Assessment department and will report to the Director of Psychometrics and Research. This position will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of WIDA's data warehouse systems, ensuring efficient and secure data storage to support mission-aligned data use and data-supported initiatives including program evaluation, research, and fulfillment of federal and state accountability requirements. The Data Warehouse Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, including research, assessment, technology, and state and consortium relations, as well as external partners to ensure data accessibility, integrity, and system alignment with WIDA's mission to advance the academic success of multilingual learners, including those with disabilities. In addition, the Data Warehouse Manager will supervise a team of Data Warehouse Analysts and direct their work efforts to align with the needs of the organization. Responsibilities: Designs, develops, builds, and maintains one or multiple database systems and environments or assists with an entire application to ensure data security and integrity. Develops related policy and procedure, develops and facilitates training, and serves as a subject matter expert for related project planning.
