Family Support Staff - Family and Children's Program

The Family Support Staff provides clinical case management, psychosocial intervention, education and counseling services to families struggling with mental illness including depression and post-traumatic stress disorder, issues of substance abuse, domestic violence, and other conditions that predispose young children to risk of abuse and neglect.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
I. Education:
Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Infant Mental Health, or other related Human Services field
II. Experience:
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
III. License Requirements:
Licensure or working toward licensure in clinical or educational field (LICSW, PhD, Teacher License)

WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Traveling may be required
2. May work in community based settings, and clients' homes and outdoors
