Pay range: $114,400.00 - $143,000.00 YOUR ROLE The Sales Project Management Senior Specialist leads and coordinates strategic commercial projects, including the development and deployment of digital tools to optimize sales processes and support business growth. This role is crucial in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales network, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Coordinate Strategic Commercial Projects * Manage cross-functional projects that align with the company's strategic goals, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Projects focus mainly on driving new business efforts and re-engineered business opportunities and systems. * Manage full project scope from inception to delivery including planning, design, and execution, and assist with implementation across multi-functional business units. * Ensure projects meet ROI and service expectations. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. Ability to Lead Cross-functional Teams * Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams across different functions and geographies. * Change Management and Communication Skills: Expertise in managing change within an organization, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Direct Impact on the Efficiency of Sales Processes * Drive and influence improvement of sales operations and achieving business objectives. * Directly contribute to the company's financial performance and customer satisfaction through effective project management. Deploy Digital Tools for the Sales Network * Lead the rollout of digital solutions to streamline sales operations and improve team productivity. * Support integration of revenue enablement systems to enhance customer relationship management and data analytics capabilities. Manage Stakeholders * Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and buy-in, addressing any concerns and facilitating communication. Simplify Sales Processes * Identify and implement process improvements to reduce complexity and increase efficiency within the sales organization. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or similar field. Preferred: Master's degree in relevant field Skills & Experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in business role requiring strong project management skills * Expertise in Commercial Project Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies. * Familiar with PMO key aspects (governance, project routine, etc.) * Analytical and Data Management Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions, with experience in data management and reporting. * Knowledge of Digital Technologies and Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools, and the ability to leverage these technologies to drive sales performance. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and negotiate effectively with stakeholders. * Ability to Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams from different backgrounds and cultures. Desirable Experience: * Experience in freight forwarding, logistics and/or supply chain management, with understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these fields * Understanding of Market Dynamics and Sales Strategies: Insight into market trends, customer behaviors, and effective sales strategies to drive business growth. * Knowledge of Digital Technologies and Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools, and the ability to leverage these technologies to drive sales performance.
