Salary Range: $98,800 - $123,500

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilledProject/Program Manager.This role will focus on implementing new automation and robotic solutions, as well as managing other new customer implementations and strategic projects. YOUR ROLE

As aProject/Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing operational projects and programs. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational efficiency, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain operations.

This role will require strong project management skills, a deep understanding of 3PL operations, in-depth understanding of automation systems, robotics and related technologies with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-stakes environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead site-level projects and programs, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Drive accountability by monitoring progress, resolving issues, and removing roadblocks.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment with operational goals.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to optimize warehouse, inventory, and transportation management.

  • Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Education & Experience
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum7+ yearsof experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management.
  • Experience managing complex operations within a 3PL or contract logistics environmentandintegrating automation systems with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other enterprise software.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and solutioning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
