Description : Project Coordinator (PT) Non-Exempt Georgia State University School of Public Health Mark Chaffin Centers for Healthy Development Our focus is on evidence-based parenting programs, preventing and addressing child developmental delays, child maltreatment, and sexual assault; building social-emotional competencies; and promoting meaningful inclusion and quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The nexus of our work is fostering social ecologies that promote healthy development and well-being through positive developmental and behavioral support at home and across multiple community-based systems of care (e.g., school, hospital, child welfare, early intervention). Our faculty develop, study, and bring to scale real-world implementation of evidence-based practices (EBPs). The Mark Chaffin Centers for Healthy Development are seeking a part-time, Sponsor Funded Project Coordinator, Non-Exempt for 12 hours per week to assist the Project Director by carrying out coordination activities. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist the director in updating relevant project databases and documentation, including internal and external meeting agendas and notes, and follow-up actions, databases of project activities and performance indicators, and tracking of required evaluation activities. Maintain project webpage, assist the director in updating content to communicate project advancements and new resources, engage professionals and students, and educate the public.
