Responsibilities

For our Life Science team in the US, we are looking for a high energy sales person who pushes itself to the max day-to-day to conquer new frontiers. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and foster the momentum with our leading technology to grow our business and to take it to the next level?

    Proactively evaluate new business opportunities, generate and develop leads and focus on deal closing in order to achieve your ambitious sales goals
  • Ensure high-speed market penetration for our innovative new products and solutions
  • Implement a targeted and aggressive sales strategy matching the needs of your market to ensure sustainable growth for all our products and services
  • Present Chemspeed solutions at customers, conferences and seminars
  • Analyze lab R&D workflows and provide appropriate solutions in close co-operation with our outstanding workflow design team
  • Continuously optimize the efficiency of your sales process by maximizing the impact of our in-house support and our CRM tool


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science related fields.
  • Sales experience (3 - 5 years) of complex scientific / technical investment goods, preferably automated lab equipment or related field
  • Proven sales track record - regularly exceeding annual quotas
  • Highly self-driven, goal-oriented and market-focused personality
  • In-depth familiarity with the US Life Science market is a plus
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Enjoy direct contact to customers and frequent traveling
  • Reliable transportation and valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
  • Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.

At Chemspeed the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $85,000 and $110,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive
