VP, Non-Acute Sales

Summary:

In this role, you will provide leadership, engagement, and strategic direction for Provista's enterprise, field, virtual and inside sales teams to expand market share and deliver financial results to the organization. You will explore what additional commercialization opportunities exist within the Vizient solutions enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the same store sales efforts, engagement, and development of a team to provide programs and solutions to address non-acute clients' needs while delivering against financial KPI's, including millions of dollars in revenue.

  • Set the strategic direction and P&L of the Provista enterprise, field, virtual and inside sales teams.

  • Direct leaders and teams to develop business plans and client strategies for all non-acute classes of trade to ensure Provista, client and sales goals are achieved.

  • Collaborate with Provista operations as well as other members of the Vizient enterprise to develop and share best practices to drive results.

  • Lead all account management and retention efforts for the Provista healthcare client base.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Master's in business a plus.

  • 10 or more years' experience in a health care sales setting required.

  • Experience in non-acute healthcare sales is required.

  • Previous sales leadership experience is required.

  • Prior experience understanding P&L statements and interpreting company financials to make informed business decisions desired.

  • Must possess strong leadership skills and in depth, management knowledge.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
