Job Description

Responsible for processing and maintaining vehicle titles associated with credit union loans. Performs suspense and processing functions in accordance with specific state regulations. Places liens on titles used as collateral for loans. Coordinates the processing of out-of-state titles. Answers questions from both members and Credit union personnel. Completes related reports and paperwork and maintains and updates files. Researches and resolves recordkeeping errors or discrepancies.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Additional computer and business training helpful.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Two years of office related experience.
