  • Using knowledge of our billing platforms, you review and research accounts for billing issues and corrections.
  • Manage cases for dispute, research the issues and partner with the client's point of contact to resolve them
  • Provide investigations and analyses of client data while acting as a first level for escalations
  • Monitor and interact with a group of accounts that generate up to $1.8M annually.
  • Manage confidential company and client business records and assist other team members on policies, processes and tools.
  • Identify and resolve account issues with minimal supervision using excellent analytical skills.
  • Remain current on products, procedures and changes in the order entry process to accurately review and resolve cases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and questions.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 1+ years of commercial billing platform experience
  • 1+ years of accounts receivable and Salesforce experience

Skills:

  • Knowledge of sales and CRM tools, billing systems and other related software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prioritization, organizational and interpersonal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience with cash management or accounts receivable
  • Expert in Excel
