Job Overview

Milestone Technologies is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor and key partner to our CEO and executive leadership team. This pivotal role will drive strategic initiatives, ensure alignment across business functions, and contribute to the successful execution of the CEO's vision. The Chief of Staff will also manage the Executive Administrative Team, support high-priority projects, and act as a central hub for effective communication across the organization.

As a strategic leader, you will help prioritize organizational goals, streamline decision-making, and ensure seamless execution of key business objectives. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to significantly impact Milestone's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team:
    Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, providing strategic insights and guidance. Help shape and execute the company's strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment and prioritization across leadership.
  2. Project Management and Execution:
    Lead and manage high-impact projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and performance metrics.
  3. Facilitation of Communication:
    Act as a central communication link across the organization. Facilitate the flow of information between the executive team, senior leaders, and other departments, ensuring clarity and alignment on organizational priorities.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive initiatives and ensure alignment on business goals. Work with leaders to address challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution of strategic projects.
  5. Problem-Solving and Decision Support:
    Provide analytical and decision-making support to the CEO and leadership team by gathering relevant information, analyzing data, and offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Executive Schedule Management:
    Lead the Executive Administrative Team to effectively manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring time is allocated efficiently and that critical meetings and decisions are prioritized.

  2. Project Management Expertise:
    Proven experience in managing complex projects with a track record of meeting deadlines, balancing priorities, and executing initiatives from start to finish.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  4. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
    Strong analytical skills to assess complex business challenges and opportunities, generating solutions with sound judgment and strategic insight.
  5. Time Management and Prioritization:
    Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  6. Discretion and Confidentiality:
    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  7. Adaptability and Flexibility:
    Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and organizational changes.
  8. Knowledge of Business Operations:
    A solid understanding of business operations, including financials, strategy, market positioning, and organizational functions, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive decisions.

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or senior leadership support role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization.
  • Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing large, high-impact projects from ideation to execution.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering executive-level communication.
  • Business degree; MBA a plus.

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: $180,000- $190,000.00 USD + Bonus

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
