The Business Banking Loan Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the lending team by managing the documentation, processing, and coordination of commercial loan applications. Associates of Finance (required)
High School or GED (required) Experience
Associate's degree in finance, business or related field required. Additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered. (required)
2+ years of similar experience (banking, loan processing, or commercial lending support) or internship with Altra business banking. (required) Strong understanding of business banking products and loan documentation preferred. (preferred) Proficiency in loan origination systems and Microsoft Office Suite. (required) Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills. (required) Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, with a member-first mindset.
