Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, design, and implement business processes within the Epicor ERP system to improve efficiency and data integrity across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and finance functions.
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and support of Epicor ERP modules, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Order Entry, Customer Service, Warranty, Sales etc. Assignments will be made on experience and business needs.
- Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of BAQs, SSRS reports, dashboards, BPMs, and data directives to enhance data visibility and system capabilities.
- Facilitate integration and data workflows between Epicor and other business systems.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users on Epicor functionality, new processes, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical and functional issues related to Epicor ERP, collaborating with IT and business teams as needed.
- Participate in project teams for the rollout of new Epicor modules or upgrades, ensuring successful adoption and minimal business disruption.
- Stay current with Epicor updates and industry best practices, recommending improvements to maximize operational efficiencies.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology discipline or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational requirements.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor, Kinetic preferred.
- Detailed understanding of business operations and accounting principles within an ERP manufacturing environment.
- Successful project participation in major ERP upgrades or implementations.
- Effective writing, communication skills and demonstrated success in various project methodologies.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Standard office environment
- Travel to corporate manufacturing facilities as needed.
