Your new career as a Senior Financial Analyst begins here! As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Finance Director by acting as a financial business partner for assigned functions and departments. You will participate in the monthly close process, prepare journal entries, and review actual vs. forecast. We seek applicants with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing: Generate monthly full P&L forecast and prepare management packages. Provide ROI analysis to help make informed business decisions and develop annual budgets. Participate in the monthly close process, prepare journal entries, and review actual vs. forecast. Develop quarterly financials for QBR presentations and assist in interpreting data. Analyze spending trends and communicate variances. Assist with QBR presentations and provide ad hoc analysis. Participate proactively to help the business solve problems. What You Will Likely Bring: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. What Could Set You Apart: Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
