Job Summary Job Summary * Team Leader responsibilities * Team Leader coordinates the training of new personnel * Team Leader Works in conjunction with the Security Manager and Security Coordinator to oversee daily operations of the Security Department. * Interior and exterior security patrols. * Interior and exterior safety tours. * Maintains and responds to the infant, child, and adult protection system management. * Responds to requests for assistance. Qualifications Education High school or equivalent GED. Must have Oklahoma Council Law Enforcement Education Training Phase I and II Security Guard Unarmed Permit (CLEET) License. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English and have basic computer skills. Experience One year NRHS Security experience PREFERRED. Licensure/Certification Must have valid Oklahoma driver's license. Must have basic CLEET unarmed security license. Must have IAHSS basic certification. Must have successfully completed MANDT (aggressive person) certification, legal issues, the force continuum, handcuffing techniques and O.C. pepper spray. Must maintain certifications, licenses, permits current and in effect Work Shift Evening | |
