Position SummaryThe College Enrichment Program (CEP) is seeking a motivated and student-centered College Access Ambassador to support the relaunch of its college access and prep programming. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about educational equity, enjoy working with youth, and want to support future college students on their journey.
As a College Access Ambassador, you will serve as a key member of our front desk and outreach team. You will help digitize and organize college prep program applications, assist with planning and leading large group campus tours, and support program logistics, both during the academic year and summer.
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:
* Enrolled as a UNM student in good academic standing
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable with public speaking and group facilitation (training provided)
* Interest in education, student services, or outreach
* Commitment to access, equity, and inclusion
* Experience with or empathy for first-gen, rural, or underrepresented students is a plus
Requirements:
* Availability for one full day (Tuesday or Wednesday, 9 AM-3 PM)
* Willingness to engage with large groups of students and families
* Ability to complete scanning, data entry, and document organization tasks accurately
* Summer availability preferred (June-August) to support camps and orientation
