Job Summary

We are looking for a digital product specialist to join our team. This exciting new role, reporting into IT, allows the employee to work across IT, Managed Accounts, eCommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising. This individual will grow their career helping Galls create and maintain innovative, attractive, and user-friendly digital solutions that drive retention and growth in our B2B client segments.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with functional partners to identify and resolve opportunities and pain points for Galls current and future digital products

• Complete daily maintenance on Galls current and future digital products to create world-class digital customer experiences

• Support functional partners to define vision, scope, features, and requirements for new products and features that retain and grow our digital consumer base

• Support creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and user stories to communicate product design and functionality

• Participate in usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate and improve product design and user experience

• Monitor and analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback using various tools and metrics

• Provide product support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, engineering, design, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in website or digital product development, preferably in an agile environment

• Strong knowledge of marketing and eCommerce principles

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, methods, and tools

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Passionate about creating innovative and impactful digital products
