Roles and Responsibilities:

• Able to set up and operate any machine in fileroom
• Visually verify conformance of work piece to specifications
  using measuring instruments
• Use manual hand tools as necessary
• Able to complete the work order from start to finish without
  supervision
• Perform Knife changes at any machine
• Be willing to change out pads
• Ability to weld saws together

Required Qualifications:

• Willing to work any shift including weekends, holidays, or
  overtime as needed
• Commitment to safety
• Excellent attendance record
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to learn and adapt to change
• Ability to work in noisy environment
• Comply with corporate safety lock out program
• Wear safety equipment, i.e.: safety glasses, hearing
  protection, steel-toed boots and other PPE as required by specific jobs
