Our Data Analytics Organization is actively seeking a Staff Analyst to join our GTM Analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving data-driven decision-making by providing insights that optimize sales processes, performance, and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales, data teams, and business leaders to gather, analyze, and visualize key performance indicators, enabling the team to better understand sales trends and effectively support customer needs.

You will be part of a team charged with structuring and executing the quantitative analyses and management reporting needed to enable our data-driven Sales and GTM organization to meet our rapid growth objectives. You will collaborate across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Finance and Marketing to create comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track performance and key operational metrics. You will build scalable frameworks for reporting and analytics, and become the go-to expert. You will be a key part of the hands-on group creating a data-driven GTM organization.

This role requires in-person attendance in our Menlo Park (CA) office at least 3 days per week.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Own and manage key datasets and dashboards that are leveraged daily by Field Sales, Solutions Engineering, Operations and others. Develop deep subject matter expertise across the portfolio of dashboards, own and execute on roadmap of new feature development

  • Partner with the Solution Engineering team to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Provide ad-hoc analysis and actionable recommendations to help optimize sales processes and improve customer outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions and align on business definitions. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, impactful insights

  • Build strong understanding of data infrastructure, including input systems and engineering pipelines, to facilitate debugging user issues

  • Support adoption of reporting through response to user questions/tickets, supporting enablement activities, etc.

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or other quantitative disciplines

  • At least 8 years of experience in the large cap tech companies and/or Management Consulting

  • Advanced skill working with SQL and dashboard tools (e.g. Sigma, Tableau)

  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks (e.g., using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)

  • Advanced skills/knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and/or GSuite tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prior experience supporting sales, sales strategy, sales / business operations, or financial planning and analysis a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools is a plus

  • Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS business models and B2B channel structures a plus

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $153,000 - $213,600.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
