Property Manager - Teays Valley Manor
Location: Scott Depot, WV | 35 hours/week | Full-Time Eligible

National Church Residences is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee Teays Valley Manor, an affordable housing community. In this role, you'll lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage occupancy, support residents, and supervise on-site staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily property operations and ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations

• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations

• Maintain high occupancy and resolve resident concerns

• Supervise and support maintenance and office staff

• Manage budgets, collect rent, and submit required reports

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing

• Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, and local housing regulations

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Certifications like CPM or ARM preferred
