General overview

The Hitachi Energy location in Crystal Springs, MS is a premier designer and manufacturer of distribution transformers for the electrical grid, commercial data centers, industrial facilities, wind & solar alternative energy sources.

Your responsibilities

• Job assignments are primarily designed to give students the opportunity to work on projects.
• HR Intern projects will include working with the Hourly Hiring Team on improving processes.
• Study and make recommendations on improving new hire retention.
• Potential project on Bilingual workforce recruiting & onboarding strategies.
• Other projects as assigned.

Your background

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business or similar fields of study.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited university program in the US
