Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Supply Chain Intern to support our supply chain operations within the Gulf Coast. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, logistics coordination, supplier engagement, and data analysis, all within a regional context.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating regional suppliers and vendors.
  • Support procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Analyze regional supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including project management, engineering, and finance.
  • Help maintain supply chain documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Participate in regional continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

What you will bring

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in regional operations and logistics.

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:



  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
